Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism and AI-Generated Content Policy

The Organizing Committee of the conference strictly follows ethical publication standards. Authors must adhere to the following plagiarism and AI usage policy:

All submitted papers must be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iAuthenticate, or equivalent tools prior to submission. The overall similarity index of the manuscript must not exceed 15%, including self-plagiarism and similarity with other sources.
Authors may use AI-based tools for language improvement or drafting support. However, the AI-generated content in the manuscript must not exceed 20%, as verified by reliable AI-detection tools. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the submitted work.
Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, duplication, or reuse of previously published work without proper citation, is strictly prohibited.
If any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusions from previously published work are used, the original source must be clearly and appropriately cited. Authors are responsible for ensuring proper acknowledgment of all referenced materials.
Even when citing sources, authors must ensure that the language used in the manuscript is original. Direct copying of text, even with citation, should be avoided unless placed within quotation marks and properly referenced.
If authors use any copyrighted material (figures, tables, images, or substantial text), they must obtain prior permission from the copyright holder and provide appropriate credit in the manuscript.
Papers found to violate plagiarism or AI usage policies at any stage of review or publication will be rejected. If violations are detected after publication, the paper may be withdrawn, and the authors’ institutions may be notified.
