General Guidelines

At least one author must register for each accepted paper to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Each registration is valid for one paper only. Additional papers require separate registration.

Only registered and presented papers will be considered for publication.

All participants (authors/co-authors/attendees) must complete registration before the deadline.

Payment Guidelines

Registration fees must be paid through the official conference payment system (details to be updated).

Participants must retain proof of payment for verification.

Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment and verification.

Paper Length & Extra Charges

Standard paper length: up to 10–12 pages (as per publisher guidelines)

Additional pages may incur extra charges per page

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases of:

- Duplicate payment
- Technical/payment errors

- Withdrawal after final registration

Requests (if applicable) must be made through official email with proof.

Important Notes

Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from organizers.

Failure to register within the deadline may result in:

- Exclusion of the paper from proceedings

The organizing committee reserves the right to update registration policies if required.

Publication

The conference proceedings are proposed to be published with Springer (subject to approval).
